Pro Food: Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research articles in food science and technology and their applications in the food industry. The journal is published biannually, in May and November, by the Faculty of Food Technology and Agroindustry, University of Mataram, Indonesia.   Article Processing Charge (APC)

  Starting from the May 2024 issue (Volume 10, Issue 1) and for all subsequent issues, Pro Food: Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand Indonesian rupiah) per accepted article.

  The APC is payable only after all editorial and peer-review processes have been completed and the manuscript has been accepted and is ready for publication.
