Pro Food: Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan is a peer-reviewed scientific journal first published in May 2015 by the Faculty of Food Technology and Agroindustry, University of Mataram, Indonesia. The journal publishes original research articles in food science and technology, including their applications in food processing, product development, food quality and safety, and the food industry.
